DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY SERVICE?
Same day service is available on some orders. Large orders will always need at least 24 hour turnaround. Orders placed on Wednesday will be scheduled for Friday delivery(closed on Thursdays).
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LAUNDRY?
Customers have the option to either pay with a credit card through our app or desktop site. Customers with no internet access can call 718-238-5000 to schedule their pickup and either pay cash at delivery or call with their credit card number.
DO WE NEED TO SEPARATE OUR LAUNDRY?
You do not need to separate your laundry if you are having a standard wash n fold. If specific clothes need certain instructions then please separate in individual bags and label.
CAN I REQUEST MY PICKUP ONLINE?
Yes please download our App or use our Desktop version for easy scheduling and convenient payment.
WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INTERNET ACCESS?
You can always call us at 718-238-5000 Monday - Sunday 6:30am -10:00pm to schedule your pickup.
CAN I USE MY OWN SOAP?
Yes you can, please give it to the driver and we can store it at the business so we can use it for future use.

HOW DO WE COMPARE TO THE COMPETITION?
